Position Overview:
As an Assistant Manager Learning at Black Orange Talent Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving growth by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with corporate HRs and Training Heads. Leveraging your strong interpersonal skills, industry insights, and business acumen, you will initiate and nurture relationships to generate potential leads for our executive education programs. Your efforts will contribute significantly to our enrolment targets and overall business objectives.
Educational and other qualifications :
- The candidate should be Post-Graduate or MBA in Marketing and related fields.
- The candidate should have good communication skills (both written & verbal), interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Willing to travel for meetings.
Desirable qualification :
- A post graduate degree with relevant work experience (Business Development roles) would be an added advantage.
- Male candidates preferred.
Experience :
- 0 to 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Strong network of corporate contacts and relationships within the industry.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the education or training sector.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential corporate partners, HR executives, and Training Heads within target industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, corporate learning needs, and executive development requirements to inform lead generation strategies.
- Proactively initiate contact with HR and Training stakeholders through various channels, including emails, calls, and networking events.
- Cultivate strong relationships and establish rapport to position Black Orange Talent Pvt. Ltd. as a preferred partner for executive education.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with HRs, Training Heads, and relevant decision-makers to understand their organizational goals and learning needs.
- Consultatively propose executive education solutions that align with the specific requirements of each company.
- Present proposals to potential partners in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date pipeline of potential leads, prospects, and ongoing partnership discussions.
- Regularly update the CRM system with accurate information and progress status.
- Set, track, and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation, partnership development, and conversion rates.
- Provide timely updates to management on the progress of corporate partnership initiatives.
