Position Overview:

As a ADCOM Executive at Black Orange Talent Pvt. Ltd., you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, driving the online presence and promotional efforts of our executive education programs. Your role will involve website design and management, online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and more. Leveraging your digital marketing expertise, you will contribute to expanding our reach, engaging our target audience, and enhancing the visibility of our offerings.

Educational and other qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field, master’s degree is a plus and would be preferred.
  • The candidate should have good communication skills (both written & verbal), interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and to work accordingly to timelines.

Desirable qualification :

  • A graduate degree with relevant work experience (SEO/ Digital Marketing, Website management, etc.) would be an added advantage.

Experience :

  • 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on website design, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites.
  • Ensure website content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to our website.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and analyse SEO performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and promote our executive education programs.
  • Create compelling email content, manage subscriber lists, and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to content creation efforts, including writing blog posts, articles, and social media updates to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms, fostering engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Generate regular reports showcasing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed for specific digital marketing initiatives.

Salary :

  • ₹ 4.6 LPA (3.6 LPA Fixed + 1 LPA Variable)
