Position Overview:

As Career Counsellor, you will play a vital role in promoting and driving enrolments for executive education programs offered by Black Orange Talent Pvt. Ltd. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills and deep understanding of the executive education landscape, you will engage with prospective clients, guide them through the program offerings, address their queries, and facilitate the enrolment process. Your role will contribute significantly to the growth and success of our executive education initiatives in partnership with the International School of Business & Media.

Educational and other qualifications :

  • The candidate should be Graduate / Post-Graduate with background in Marketing and related fields preferred.
  • The candidate should have good communication skills (both written & verbal), interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Results-oriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and to work accordingly to timelines.

Desirable qualification :

  • A graduate degree with relevant work experience (Business Development roles) would be an added advantage.
  • Female candidates preferred.

Experience :

  • 0 to 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience
  • Proven experience in counselling on a professional level.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in executive education programs.
  • Introduce the benefits and features of the executive education programs offered by Institutes through Black Orange Talent Pvt. Ltd.
  • Understanding the client's career preferences and concerns.
  • Reviewing client's educational qualifications and work experience in order to provide the best career solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their professional backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning objectives.
  • Analyse each prospect's profile to recommend relevant executive education programs that align with their goals and experience.
  • Provide detailed information about program curriculum, faculty expertise, learning outcomes, and program formats.
  • Address inquiries related to program structure, schedule, prerequisites, and any other aspects of the executive education programs.
  • Handle objections and concerns raised by prospects, resolving doubts, and clarifying misconceptions.
  • Effectively articulate the value of executive education and its potential impact on the prospect's career progression.
  • Guide interested clients through the enrolment process, including application submission, documentation, and payment procedures.
  • Communicate promotional offers, application deadlines, and other pertinent information.
  • Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment experience for prospects.
  • Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with prospective clients, nurturing them through the decision-making process.
  • Follow up with leads at various stages of the enrolment cycle to ensure timely progression.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and analysis on outreach efforts, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

Key Skills required:

  • Ability to understand and analyze individual needs and tailor program recommendations accordingly.
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of psychology and counselling techniques.
  • High degree of professionalism, empathy, and customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Salary :

  • ₹ 4.6 - 5 LPA (3.6 - 4 LPA Fixed + 1 LPA Variable)
