Position Overview:
As the Manager Business Development at Black Orange Talent Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving our strategic growth by establishing and nurturing impactful relationships with corporate HR leaders, Training Heads, and key decision-makers. Leveraging your experience in business development, industry insights, and strong leadership skills, you will lead a team to generate leads, develop partnerships, and expand the reach of our executive education programs. Your expertise and vision will be instrumental in achieving our enrolment targets and advancing our market position.
Educational and other qualifications :
- The candidate should be Graduate / Post-Graduate.
- The candidate should have good communication skills (both written & verbal), interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Willing to travel for meetings.
Desirable qualification :
- A graduate degree with relevant work experience (Business Development roles) would be an added advantage.
- Male candidates preferred.
Experience :
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Strong network of corporate contacts and relationships within the industry.
- Proven track record of successful business development, corporate partnerships, or sales leadership, with a focus on executive education or related fields.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
- Execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on identifying and engaging potential corporate partners.
- Define target industries, segments, and geographies for corporate engagement to ensure a well-rounded approach.
- Personally initiate and nurture relationships with senior HR executives, Training Heads, and decision-makers in target organizations.
- Represent Black Orange Talent Pvt. Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our corporate network.
- Lead high-level discussions with corporate partners to understand their strategic goals, talent development needs, and learning objectives.
- Oversee the creation of tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our executive education programs.
- Lead negotiation processes to establish mutually beneficial partnerships and agreements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and partnership opportunities, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and progress toward targets.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitive landscape, using insights to shape our offerings and approaches.
- Contribute to the development of new program ideas and innovative partnership models.
Key Skills required :
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Good understanding of Analytical tools.
- Good Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and analytical tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
