She has seven years of service experience in research and planning and development of programmes with civil societies. Has directly managed projects and facilitation of training and development programmes on communication campaigns with funding agencies such as Teri Des Hommes - Ankur Society of Alternative in Education, UNDP and UNICEF in partnership with World Comics India, Delhi.

She has consulted as a comics facilitator and visual ethnographer with corporate and civil societies for over 3 years.

She has conducted one year of research on ways of alternative education and its impact on slum dwellers in North East Delhi with Ankur Society of Alternative in Education in the capacity of a Project Coordinator, 2008-2009 Publications of journal articles with UGC peer reviewed journals-3.

She has conducted CBSE Board exam evaluations and was the Head of the Department, of Psychology at Venkat International Public School, Bangalore. She has also had corporate experience as an HR executive at Vivanta by Taj, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai.

He has extensive industry experience spanning over a decade in the automotive sector, having held leadership positions in prominent companies such as Tata Motors Ltd., Toyota Kirloskar Motors, and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. His expertise includes conducting market research to analyze consumer purchasing patterns and devising strategic sales campaigns to drive business growth. At Tata Motors, he managed a portfolio of over 80 corporate clients, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing Corporate Fleet Sales penetration. He also demonstrated strong leadership and innovation in identifying new market segments and designing customized sales initiatives. His earlier roles at Toyota Kirloskar and Mahindra & Mahindra involved sales planning, team management, and process optimization, where he implemented continuous improvement methodologies, including Kaizen, and provided training and support to colleagues and dealers to enhance operational efficiency and achieve sales targets.
