Program Overview

In work organization, we often deal with questions - A branch manager who sets modest targets and falls short of managing competition at the point of sales as in channels, and an operation manager who misses schedule, and too many process deviations, as several who struggle under last-minute pressure. It is not uncommon to observe an employee who, upon missing adequate performance parameters, looks at all external factors and sometimes blames others rather than reexamine their effort and approaches toward what they do and how they do it. Some of them also get stuck in their own way is the best - failing to examine better ideas and approaches. Such events are visible/observable in all functions and across several employees-some overcome and some need to learn.
This programme is designed to teach to create better personal proficiency and be more effective at work. Programme delivery involves self/analysis using psych tests, experimental exercises, case studies aimed at opportunities for self-reflection and re-programming, and individual approach.
