After graduating from IIT, Kanpur in mechanical engineering, he worked in leadership roles for thirty years in Supply Chain & Operations functions in global Automotive, Industrial and Telecom organizations such as Cummins, Tata, Airtel & Eicher.

He kept himself updated with global certifications (CPIM, CSCP) in Supply Chain and Operations management from APICS, USA and got certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Since the past few years, he migrated full time into Consulting and Academic roles with a vision to bring the many years of experience to the classrooms to prepare the next generation of managers at ISB&M. Students find his approach very engaging, energizing & challenging.
