Manoj Ghadge is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS, Mumbai) with a PhD degree in organization and management studies. He is an achievement oriented professional, a passionate educator, and a qualitative researcher with over two decades of experience in industry, academics and consulting. He has worked for over 15 years in managerial capacity with knowledge-intensive firms those engaged in pharmaceuticals and life-sciences sector; worked with Indian and Overseas multinationals viz. Reliance, Wockhardt, Searle (I), and Merck Group (KGaA-Darmstadt, Germany). He is a certified psychological assessor and has a DiSC trainer international certification. He designs & delivers customized training programs for behavioral development and consults to transform organizations into effective ones through development and implementation of talent strategies, organization design, leadership development, and change management initiatives.

He has over two decades’ industry experience, out of which, 15 years is in managerial capacity with Indian and Overseas Multinationals viz. Reliance Industries, Wockhardt, Searle (I), and Merck (KGaA-Darmstadt, Germany).

Conducted customized training programs for HPCL, India Post, Indofil, and change initiatives at Vedanta. He consults in job re-design and organizational structure, culture building and employee engagement, psychometric analysis and competency assessment, calibration sessions and identification of HiPos.

He has published several research papers in the field of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources and has won several Performance Awards for Organizational Development and Change initiatives and attended many HR conferences.
